The space The apartment has one bedroom as well as a comfortable double sofa bed in the living area, so it is suitable for up to four guests. We have a well equipped kitchen for you to use, including tea and coffee. The living area has seating for 4 people with a TV. Our shower room has a sink, toilet and toiletries. We provide fresh towels and linens for your stay. The hot tub is perfect for up to four people and is situated on a decked area directly outside the flat door which is not overlooked. Other things to note Parking The flat is in a residents permit area which operates from 9am-8pm with free parking around 0.5miles away. You can park on Bristol Gardens (the adjacent street) for up to 4 hours (£5.70). We have daily parking permits for guests to park on the street at £10 per day if required. We would love you to come and stay in our little piece of paradise. We are based on a friendly residential street, All we ask is that you respect our neighbours and don’t socialise in the garden after 10pm and observe our quiet hours.
