The home is located in Encore Resort at Reunion Community, and guests of this property have access to the on-site restaurant, convenience store, and basketball court, should you choose. (**Please note, however, this property does not have access to the other amenities at the clubhouse nor access to Encore’s water park. There is plenty to do at home with a private pool, whirlpool spa & in-home game room, there will hardly be a lack of things to do!) The main spaces of the home: - OPEN PLAN LIVING SPACE (on the main floor) which is great for interacting and spending downtime together at home with comfortable seating for relaxing moments, a large wall-mounted Smart TV & direct access to the pool, and outdoor patio area. - A FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN with granite countertops and high-end appliances and all you’d need to prepare meals at home and even a DISHWASHER for easy clean ups! - A CENTER ISLAND/BREAKFAST BAR with 4 stools for a snacktime or meal prep spot to sit. - A FORMAL DINING AREA to comfortably seat 8 around the table for a peaceful sit-down meal at home. - The PRIVATE POOL & PATIO area is a joy to have at a vacation home because it’s there for you anytime! There is a WHIRLPOOL SPA as well, sun loungers, and a covered outdoor dining area and BBQ grill (for a rental fee per stay). Safety pool gate available. - 5 stylish and comfortable BEDROOMS with Smart TVs in every room & 4.5 BATHROOMS to accommodate 11 comfortably as such: BEDROOM 1: 1 King bed BEDROOM 2: 1 King bed BEDROOM 3: 1 Queen bed BEDROOM 4: 2 Single/individual beds (Star Wars droid-themed) BEDROOM 5: 1 single/individual & 1 double/full bed (bunk beds, Mickey Mouse themed) - The second-floor SITTING AREA features a large L-shaped sofa and a wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV where the kids can watch movies while the adults hang out in the lower level sitting room. This room also features a laptop-friendly dedicated workspace. - LAUNDRY ROOM with a WASHER, DRYER, IRON, and IRONING BOARD for convenience. Here is where you’ll find the pool towels. - The home has a large driveway for PARKING up to 2 cars. (The garage can be made available upon request.) The Encore Resort at Reunion is only 9 miles from the famous Walt Disney World and minutes from all of Orlando’s other popular theme parks and attractions. The home is also conveniently located within minutes of major superstores like Walmart, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping centers, and outlet malls. Guest access You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home and private pool during your stay. Other things to note **IMPORTANT NOTE: this property DOES NOT have access to Encore’s Waterpark onsite. The Encore amenities you have access to are the restaurant, convenience store & basketball court onsite. Sanitized bed linens & bath towels are provided free during your stay. Please note if the bed linens or towels are cut or tarnished in any way, there will be a $15 charge for each damaged item. We provide a few essentials to make you feel at home when you arrive, such as hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. These items, however, are not replenished. A cleaning service can be requested during your stay for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can coordinate. The pool & whirlpool spa can be heated for an additional fee of $40/day. Please let us know at least 48 hours before check-in if you’d like it heated as it takes time to fully heat the pool. There’s an additional fee of $35 if pool heating is requested at check-in or later as we’ll have to send a technician. The BBQ grill at the property is available for a $120/week rental fee (full propane tank included). There are surveillance cameras at the property for security reasons and to ensure guest safety. All cameras face outdoor areas only. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.  - Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) or the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.  - No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. If any party or event is discovered, guests will be evicted without a refund and will also incur a $500 penalty charge. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.  - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.  - The air conditioning should not be set below 74 Degrees Fahrenheit (23 Degrees Celsius) by the guest. Setting it to a lower temperature will not cool the home quicker. Due to high temperatures in Florida, setting the temperature below 74 Degrees Fahrenheit may result in the system freezing up. If this occurs the air conditioning will have to be turned off to allow the unit to defrost. And the guest will have no air conditioning during this time and will be responsible for the technician’s call-out charges. - Please keep all windows and doors closed. - We provide sanitized linens and towels, however, they cannot be cut or tarnished. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $15 penalty charge, for each damaged item. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.  - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.  - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed at the property. For Service Animals, you will need to advise in advance, and a pet fee will apply. - All trash must be disposed of at check out.
