The space This beautiful two-bedroom apartment is located on the third level of the mountain view apartment building, with an incredible view of the mountain and the beach, its contemporary and modern design. Its equipment has two bedrooms each with its balcony, air conditioning, master bedroom with its queen bed and its bathroom, second bedroom with double queen bed and its balcony + a queen size sofa bed, each room with its 43-inch smart TV, makes it very cozy. The comfortable living room with its 55-inch smart TV and dining and kitchen area are open to a sliding glass balcony to let in the cool sea breeze. Its fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make the best recipes. We have a laundry area with a washer and dryer in the apartment. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and parking. Other things to note To access the property there is a smartbox on the left wall of the entrance gate to the residential complex. You will be provided with the code to be able to access said smartbox, where you will find a viper to open the main gate plus a key to open the pedestrian door in case you need it. For the main door of the apartment, you will be sent a code that will be active during your stay at the property. All the details will be sent at the time we can confirm the reservation.
