Guest access Full access to all areas except the service linen closets and a small area of the master bedroom closet Other things to note Important: Rules of Coexistence and Use of the House Because it is a residential condominium with strict rules regarding noise pollution, we inform you that: The use of sound is only allowed until 10pm, exclusively by the home's own sound system, which has a sound box designed to keep the levels within the allowed limits. After 10pm, use of any type of sound, including the house sound box, is not allowed. We request special attention to the tone of voice in the external areas, as they are close to the rooms of neighbors. No parties, or the hiring of bands, DJs, karaokês with amplifiers or any type of sound box other than the one provided by the house. The entrance with private speakers is expressly prohibited. Failure to comply with the rules may result in a fine of one minimum wage. Additional Information: The condominium offers direct access to the beach, which is only 150 meters from the house. During the accommodation period, there will be a caretaker available at certain times of the day and night, responsible for: Assistance with equipment and utensils such as water pump, lighting, swimming pool and other emergency maintenance items; Ensuring property security; Supervise compliance with the law of silence and respect for the quiet of neighbors. The house is equipped with a decibelimeter, used by the caretaker to perform regular noise measurements.
