With a combined 953 sq. ft of living area (860 sq. ft interior and 93 sq. ft on the balcony), this private corner unit shares only the kitchen wall with your neighbor. Our condominium features stylish appointments, thoughtful details and amenities galore, including Amazon Alexa (with various automation features), Smart HD TV's with Amazon Prime Video, Amazon Music Unlimited and high speed internet. Enjoy lush jungle-like views from the floor-to-ceiling frameless windows or step out onto the balcony to bask in nature's beauty. MASTER BEDROOM: Relax on a memory foam topped King size bed. Watch Amazon Prime Video content on the Smart TV and control LED recessed lighting and a lamp using Alexa Voice Assistant. A large walk in closet has plenty of hanging and storage space, including a safe for storing your valuables. Two luggage racks, a drying rack and beach towels are all provided to enhance your stay with us. MASTER BATHROOM: The 10ft marble rainshower is spacious and luxurious. You'll find a separate WC (toilet) behind the beautiful wood doors. Other amenities include an Ionic hairdryer, full size hand steamer and steam iron. GUEST BATHROOM: Features the identical marble rainshower as in the Master and also includes an Ionic hairdryer. LIVING ROOM: Features a comfortable lounge sofa that quickly converts into a Queen Size bed. A 55" Smart TV includes Amazon Prime Video, while the Alexa Echo Plus provides Amazon Music. LED lighting and the floor lamp are voice controlled with Alexa. For guests who prefer to deactivate virtual assistance, instructions are provided to disable the device. KITCHEN: For the chef in you, a full kitchen provides all you need to prepare a delicious meal, including all common small appliances. Full dinnerware, glassware and silverware is also provided, including plastic drinking cups should you decide to bring beverages to the rooftop pool area. No glass is allowed on the rooftop please. LAUNDRY ROOM: A full size washer and dryer is provided, including laundry soap. SECURITY: The lobby is supported by Security personnel 24 hours a day, and video surveillance in the lobby and basement add an extra layer of protection. ROOFTOP OASIS: A tended bar is provided during peak hours of the day, generally 12-8pm. Private cabanas are available on a first-come, first served basis. Guests may also bring beverages of their choice to the rooftop, using only plastic or aluminum containers. Acrylic drinkware is provided in our unit for your pleasure. Ask for menus from local restaurants to order for delivery! *NOTE* Food isn’t allowed in the pool, but there is plenty of seating near the bar to enjoy your meals and snacks✨ With most rooftops in the area not allowing even beverages, we hope you’ll appreciate the compromise . Guest access The entire private condominium is yours during your stay. Public areas include our stunning rooftop oasis, upper tanning deck and gymnasium. Currently, only renters who are registered with security are permitted in our unit and on our rooftop oasis. Service providers, deliveries and the like must be met in the lobby and/or escorted to our condo due to key card access of the elevator. Other things to note Pricing varies by season.
