The open plan living area is bright and comfortable, with leather couches, an HDTV with Netflix, and a wood-burning indoor fireplace that brings the whole space to life during cooler coastal weather. Sleeping arrangements The home sleeps 6 across three bedrooms, offering quiet spaces to rest after beach walks or days exploring Golden Bay. The master bedroom features a King size bed and ocean views, along with a walk-in wardrobe. A second bedroom looks out toward calming tree views, while the bunk room adds a cozy, family-friendly touch. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided, with a crib, Pack ’n play/Travel crib, and high chair available for little ones. Outdoor living Step onto the private patio or balcony and take in the sea view, with the bushland around you adding a sense of privacy and calm. The private backyard offers open green space, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor dining area, along with a fire pit for peaceful evenings outside. Neighborhood Set in Tata Beach, you’re well placed for exploring Abel Tasman National Park, Wharariki Beach, Farewell Spit, Pupu Springs, Labyrinth Rocks, and the relaxed coastal charm of Golden Bay. Guest access You will be able to not only use our house but feel free to walk through our tracks on our land to take in the different breath taking views of the native bush and Bay.
