This house is in an excellent location in Pickwick. Spacious with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, back deck with BBQ grill for outdoor relaxing, just minutes from Grand Harbor Marina. Great for family and friends to make some memories at Pickwick! Pets are welcome with an additional fee The space Entry level has greatroom, dining, kitchen, master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath, laundry room, and half bath. Upper level has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath. Guest access It's all yours! Other things to note No smoking or vaping in the house. Pet policy; if you bring an animal, you must pay the pet fee and bring bedding and kennel. Bring towels to wipe your pets with in case it is raining and/or they get in the lake. Bring their food and water bowls. If this animal sleeps in our beds, or on our furniture, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee and/or for a new set of sheets/comforter/mattress cover. Do not leave animals unattended in the cabin unless they are kenneled.
