Centrally located bright design Penthouse Loft, featuring a splendid and sunny private terrace offering panoramic views over Valencia. The space My apartment is located on the 9th and top floor. Please note that the lift only goes up to the 8th floor, so you will need to walk one flight of stairs to reach the penthouse. There are no other neighbours on the same floor, ensuring a quiet and private stay. The 45 m² loft is surrounded by large windows and glass doors, filling the space with natural light throughout the day. The open-plan living area features a comfortable sofa, a beautiful designer ceiling lamp, a flat-screen TV, and some tasteful artwork. An air-conditioning split unit (hot/cold) ensures a pleasant temperature all year round. Three floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open onto a private terrace with a dining table, chairs, and two comfortable sun loungers — perfect for al fresco meals (possible nearly all year round), enjoying a glass of Valencian wine, or simply relaxing after a day of sightseeing. For your comfort, there is also a motorized awning to provide shade on sunny days. The bedroom area includes a cosy double bed (150x200cm) and a wardrobe with enough space for your clothes and luggage. Clean, high-quality bed linen and towels are provided. Please note that the towels supplied are for use inside the apartment only. The open kitchen with breakfast bar is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, hybrid oven (traditional/microwave), Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, juicer, and toaster. Quality kitchenware and tableware are also provided. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a panoramic window with stunning views over Valencia’s Old Town. Complimentary bath amenities are included: hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap. A washing machine is also available, as well as high-speed fiber optic Internet (600 Mb), perfect for staying connected or working remotely. Other things to note - My apartment is a touristic apartment with license and before arrival you will be asked to provide with your personal details and sing a tourist rental contract. - The apartment will be supplied with a few basic essentials to make your first days more comfortable. Once these initial items are used, any additional purchases or restocking will be the guest’s responsibility.
