Electricity = Water, so please conserve! - The one-time cleaning fee paid while booking is applied towards cleaning the flat after you check-out, to make the flat clean and available for the next guest. Availing cleaning/housekeeping services during the stay is charged at Rs. 100 per session. - Elevator, Air Conditioner, Microwave, Induction & Water Heater will not be available in case of power cuts. - Guests are requested to furnish Government-issued Photo ID with address, per the guidelines of Karnataka State Tourism Department. - If you are not a part of the travel group or are booking on someone's behalf, it is your responsibility to communicate the House Rules and Additional Rules to them.
