At the foot of the Andalusian Sierra, surrounded by nature, access via a forest path. La Casita I and the smallest!! Simple, comfortable, independent, with a sleeping area and closet, a dining area, equipped kitchen, bathroom, and an enclosed and private terrace under the olive trees. Located at the entrance of the Finca, completely remodeled and renovated, we have created a small, warm, rustic, well-insulated, and comfortable house. (Pool shared with Casita 2, open all year round). The space All recently redone, Ideal for 2 people, 1 m 60 bed, storage, wardrobe, equipped kitchen, bathroom, walk-in shower. Exteriors... Direct access through a French window to the private terrace under the olive trees. Well insulated, it remains cool with the air that runs between the two doors. Guest access You have access to the entire house with its private terrace. The garden, vegetable garden and pool are shared with Casita II. Other things to note We have created an island of three independent houses and private terrace. The garden, pool and main gate are shared. "Casita I" is at the entrance, the main house is in the middle (us) and "Casita II" is behind. One point to clarify, for "Casita 1", located at the entrance to the Finca, it can be a little noisier..., you hear more barking from the dogs, who are closer. Sensitive to the inconvenience caused, we work every day to minimize it as much as possible. The idea is to live simply, quietly in a positive way, do a lot of things ourselves, promote exchange, legality of crops, personal development, well-being in natural spaces, and respect for the environment. Be self-sufficient, live off nature and cultivate products, recycle, produce and accommodate. We live with 4 dogs, educate, and in their spaces, they help us keep the house. 3 free cats on the Finca, they chase intruders.^^ The henhouse is located at the bottom of the land and brings us fresh eggs every day. An hour+ from Seville, Cadiz and near Malaga, we chose this location to be in the center and ready for everything, mountains, city and sea, but quiet!! We want people to be aware of simple things. Live with respect for each other and the environment... Be aware and know how to save energy while living well!!
