Romantic studio cottage; Walk to town

A romantic hideaway in Sag Harbor's historic district, within easy walking distance of Main Street. This sweet studio guesthouse is perfect for two, with its own private entrance. In addition to the studio living space with one queen-sized Murphy bed, it features a kitchenette, full bathroom (shower only), and electric fireplace. Free WiFi included. PLEASE NOTE: The studio is available for weekends/short stays only; no week-long or longer stays. The space Beach Plum Cottage is a small studio guesthouse on our property. It features a bright and sunny main room with white-washed, wood-paneled walls, a skylight, and large windows on 3 sides. The interior is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized Murphy bed with memory foam mattress topper, sofa, desk, chest of drawers, bistro table and chairs, and a small electric fireplace. The kitchenette has a mini-fridge, two stovetop burners (no oven), sink, toaster oven, microwave, and coffee maker, plus dishes, utensils and pots and pans. The bathroom is shower only; no tub. The view from the windows is of our garden and pool area. We provide linens; towels; a hairdryer; shampoo, conditioner and body wash; toilet paper and paper towels. Beach chairs available upon request. Other things to note - The studio is only available for weekend rentals only - no weeklong rentals or longer stays. - Two nights minimum, 3 nights on holiday weekends. - Please note that parking is available for one car only, and it is on the street just past the driveway to the house. No driveway parking is available. - During peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day), we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts. Unapproved early check-ins or late checkouts will be subject to an additional fee. At other times of the year, early checkins and late checkouts MAY be accommodated subject to availability and prior approval only. Thank you for understanding. - Unfortunately we cannot provide beach passes as they are non-transferable. Day passes are available for purchase at most local beaches.
