PLEASE NOTE: The studio is available for weekends/short stays only; no week-long or longer stays. Beach Plum Cottage is a small studio guesthouse on our property. It features a bright and sunny main room with white-washed wood-paneled walls, a skylight, and large windows on 3 sides. The interior is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized sofa bed with memory foam mattress topper, desk, bistro table and chairs and a small electric fireplace. The kitchenette has a mini-fridge, two stovetop burners (no oven), sink, toaster oven, microwave and coffee maker, plus dishes, utensils and pots and pans. The bathroom is shower only; no tub. The view from the windows is of our garden and pool area. We provide linens; towels; a hairdryer; shampoo, conditioner and body wash; toilet paper and paper towels. Beach chairs available upon request. We live in the house next door, but won't bother you. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. The studio is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, 1/2 mile from Sag Harbor's Main Street - it's a scenic walk along the waterfront. The studio is within walking distance of Sag Harbor's Main Street (1/2 mile.) There is parking space available for one car. Taxis and Ubers are available (but pricey.) Bike rentals are available in town. The studio is only available for weekend rentals - no weeklong rentals or longer stays. Unfortunately we cannot provide beach passes as they are non-transferable. Day passes are available for purchase at most local beaches.
