The space The Panoramic Suite The villa is spread over three levels, but your experience is entirely focused on the second floor, where you will find the panoramic suite with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The suite is fully equipped with all amenities: a kitchenette with a minibar, a Nespresso machine, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The cozy anteroom has a cot, perfect for a third person in the family or a friend who wants to join your stay. But the true highlight of your experience is the exclusive Solarium – a private space with a shower and a small pool where you can enjoy the sun and the tranquility of Villa Elisa. If you would like to prepare more elaborate meals, you can use the main kitchen on the ground floor (shared use is possible only if family members are staying at the property, subject to coordination). The owner's suite is located on the second floor, ensuring complete privacy and discretion. Guest access Privacy and Exclusive Spaces The suite and the solarium are entirely at your exclusive disposal – a private, self-contained space where you can relax without interruption. The solarium, with its sun loungers and small pool, is located on a separate level, ensuring complete peace and quiet. On the second floor is the independent suite of the owner, Dr. Angelo. The large kitchen on the ground floor can be used freely. In the rare event that family members are at the house, the kitchen is shared. With its 25 acres of gardens and natural park, the property offers ample space to move around in total freedom.
