You can take advantage of free private parking on the property and always-on-road parking for your vehicles. Stay connected with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi during your stay. Please don't hesitate to inquire for details on this fantastic option. *** Hot or Cold Tub*** is available for free during stays that must include both Friday and Saturday, it must be requested when booking and at least 72 hours before arrival. We will do our best to have the Tub ready on your arrival, as the water is changed and heated for every new guest. It may be ready the next morning, depending on when the previous guests have left or if you have booked at the last minute. Please be aware that while we strive to ensure that the hot Tub is operational upon your arrival on Friday, this cannot always be guaranteed. Additionally, as with these items, they can occasionally malfunction, and an immediate repair may not be possible. We do not charge any extra for using the hot Tub on a Friday or Saturday evening, so unfortunately, if it breaks down upon your arrival or during your stay, there will be no refund. Refunds will only be issued to guests who have paid the extra hot tub fee for use during weekdays. Guest access Guests are free to use the whole cottage,garden and drive for parking Other things to note Complete Your Online Check-In: - You'll receive an email with a link to your "Guestflow" portal - Please complete all steps as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in—this must be done at least 24 hours before arrival, unless it's a last-minute booking, in which case please complete it as soon as possible Damage Deposit & Verification Process: - Through Guestflow, you'll be asked to pay a small non-refundable card verification fee (you'll see the exact amount on the payment screen) - You must also have at least £200 available on the same card—this is a pre-authorization hold for your refundable damage deposit, not a charge - Stripe (our secure payment provider) holds the deposit, not us - Up to £200 may be charged only if there is damage caused by you or your guests - The hold is released about 5 days after your stay, but bank processing can take 10–15 working days to appear on your statement
