You can take advantage of free private parking on the property and always-on-road parking for your vehicles. Stay connected with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi during your stay. Step out to your private rear patio and decking area, complete with comfortable seating, perfect for morning coffees or evening chats. Looking for more space? We also own the charming 4-bedroom cottage next door, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. Consider renting both cottages for larger groups of up to 14. Please don't hesitate to inquire for details on this fantastic option. *** Hot Tub*** is available for free during stays that must include both Friday and Saturday, it must be requested when booking and at least 72 hours before arrival to guarantee it can be ready for you. We will do our best to have the Tub ready on your arrival, as the water is changed and heated for every new guest. It may be ready the next morning, depending on when the previous guests have left or if you have booked at the last minute. Please be aware that while we strive to ensure that the hot Tub is operational upon your arrival on Friday, this cannot always be guaranteed. Additionally, as with these items, they can occasionally malfunction, and an immediate repair may not be possible. We do not charge any extra for using the hot Tub on a Friday or Saturday evening, so unfortunately, if it breaks down upon your arrival or during your stay, there will be no refund. Refunds will only be issued to guests who have paid the extra hot tub fee for use during weekdays. Guest access Guests are free to use the whole cottage,garden and drive for parking Other things to note The Lead guest must complete all steps on "Guestflow". Not forgetting to, or skipping adding a valid credit card for the £200 damage deposit to "Guestflow". This is a preauthorization/hold. The money will be taken and held by the bank. It is an authorization that we can then take an amount up to this if the guest, anyone from their booking party, or anyone let into the property by the guests staying at the property causes any damages. The authorization starts on your arrival day and lasts 7 days when it auto-releases. It may take a few more days to show up on your statement. For stays longer than 7 days, it will be renewed every 7 days. You should receive an email and an SMS message with a link to your "Guestflow" portal.
