There are stairs leading down to the first floor where the kitchen and living/dining area are located, and another set of stairs that leads up to the bedrooms. We love pets! They’re welcome in the apartment (with an additional fee). However, due to HOA regulations, pets are not allowed in the common areas (grass, pool, etc.). Please make sure to carefully read the House Rules before booking. Family gatherings during holidays are welcome, but noise must quiet down after 10 PM—and absolutely no parties are allowed.
