Charmer on the Farm private w/ a Kitchen fit for a queen. Great place to get away, relax, hang out & have a great time. Close to many local activities & entertainment . Charmer is in a small community of farms, fields & produce stands, in Southern Colorado. Located about 12 miles East of Downtown Pueblo, The Riverwalk, 10.6 Colo State Fair & 16 miles to Lake Pueblo - The space Updated modular 3 Bed, 2 bath (Master bathtub is not jetted) Mobile home has Central A/C, Please keep doors, windows and Curtains Closed. The Charmer is in the quiet of the country on 2 acres, but 10 minutes to town. Country living but near the city. Peaceful, private & quiet. Surrounded by local, seasonal farm stands. during the fall, the essence of fire roasted chilies fill the air. Visit during the Chile Frijole Festival, 2nd weekend of September- Day Trip to Colorado Springs, Walsenburg, Canon City or Florence/Penrose Guest access The area around the home is available to all guests, please be mindful of the pet chihuahua on the property. She is a small dog, may or may not be friendly as she scares easy. If she wanders to the property, just tell her in a firm voice " GO HOME!" She will leave the premises, or call Rebekah. Please park on the blacktop facing the over grown garden, do not try & park in back or on the dirt drive that leads to the property. The vegetable fields are tempting, they are not ours, please respect them and do not walk or drive through them, damage may be charged by the farmer of the fields so please keep your children & pets out of the fields... Thanks Other things to note The lock box in the door knob code we will send you the code after you book-there is a key for the dead bolt inside. It's best to leave the key in the dead bolt at night, and in the lock box while away. Please do not use towels, hand towels or washcloths for anything other than for personal use. if you need baby wipes or other sundries, there is a Family Dollar open til 10 p.m Loaf 'n Jug on 36th ln. open til 10 The Family Dollar on Baxter & Highway 50 open til 9 p.m. if it's after 10 p.m There is a 24 hour Loaf 'n Jug Off Baxter and the Airport Highway 50 East (head north on 36th ln)
