Sun drenched main floor also has primary bedroom and full bath. Large deck, partially covered has beautiful tree top views and seating for 6. The space * LET'S START WITH THE MOST IMPORTANT STUFF * 2 ENCLOSED BEDROOMS; 1 KING BED AND 1 W/ A QUEEN LOFT ON TOP FLOOR HAS 3 TWINS BASEMENT HAS DAYBED AND SECTIONAL SOFA 1 FULL BATH 1 POWDER ROOM 1 TOILET UNDER BASEMENT STAIRS SO, WE HAVE 3 TOILETS AND 1 PLACE TO BATHE. OUTDOOR SHOWER CAN BE USED DURING WARM MONTHS. We sleep 8 people comfortably. Main floor has 1 bedroom with King bed. Full bath is also on the main floor. Top floor has enclosed bedroom with queen bed, loft area with 3 twin beds, 2 AC units for back up on hot summer days, a powder room with sink, toilet and ample counter space. Basement level has 1 daybed, u-shape sectional sofa, blow up mattress, laundry, extra fridge, TV, extra sheets and sliding glass door leads to private patio with grill. Fire pit in front yard. Outdoor shower for rinsing off sand is on side of the house (not enclosed-so leave bathing suit on :) Guest access Whole house Other things to note 3 car parking maximum. Garbage is Tuesday morning and cans must be pulled to end of driveway by 8 AM.
