The unit is 18 ft long approximately 130 sq ft. in the interior. The unit has two sofas, one pulls out to a bed that is between full size. We recommend this for one but two works if you really like each other. Amenities include, Nespresso coffee maker, Moka pot coffee maker, French press, instant kettle, and assorted snacks, Roku TV, Prime, Netflix, Disney +, HBO, WiFi, shower, cute bathroom with toiletries, on-demand hot water, cotton robes, refrigerator, (with ice cubes), and AC/heat. We have a “cocktail” pool, perfect for a soak and sipping a cold beverage to cool off in the summer. (It’s a Stock Tank Pool) One advantage of staying in an RV is that the outdoors feels like a natural extension of your living space. This is definitely a unique experience in the heart of Montrose, walking distance of many wonderful restaurants and shops. We are also next to downtown, the MedCenter and the Museum District.
