You have a private entrance on the rear ground floor, then upstairs an 11 m² kitchen, a first bedroom of 20 m² and a second bedroom of 22 m² in a row. A separate and private bathroom and toilet (access doors in the first bedroom). Kitchen: 12 m², 2 large skylights, 1 with lake view and 1 with residential area view. (Electric roller shutters with remote control that allow total darkness) Fully equipped and private (1 electric ceramic cooktop with oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, Clipso pressure cooker, raclette set, dishes, soup maker, etc.). A modular table with casters, for 1 to 4 people. 4 chairs. Oil, vinegar, pepper, salt. Tea towels, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, white vinegar, sponges, broom vacuum cleaner etc. 1st bedroom: 20 m², 2 large skylights with lake view during the day and for lovers of constellations, view of the starry sky at night from your bed! (electric roller shutters with remote control that allow you to make it completely dark) 1 queen size bed 2 x 80 x 200 cm, new memory foam mattress. 4 pillows (2 rectangular memory foam and 2 square polyester). Bedding is provided and the bed is made. 2 nightstands with bedside lamps. Electrical outlets. Board games, books and magazines available. 1 bench with its cushions. 2 small coffee tables and a welcome tray! 1 large blackboard where you can let your artistic sense express itself! 2nd bedroom: 22 m², 2 large Velux windows, 1 with lake view and 1 with residential area view. (Remote-controlled electric shutters that allow total darkness) 1 140 x 190 bed, very soft spring mattress, with soft memory foam mattress topper. 1 sitting area with 4 red armchairs and 4 large floor cushions (2 square and 2 round), a TNT TV 4 pillows (2 rectangular memory foam and 2 square polyester). Bedding is provided and the bed is made. Electrical outlets. 2 bedside lamps. 1 large shared ice box (I store the bed linens inside, but you have a whole side!). 1 rack with hangers. 1 desk and 1 child office chair. 1 iron and 1 ironing board. 1 clothes rack and clothes pins. Childcare equipment: 1 high chair, 1 folding baby playpen 90 x 90 cm, a baby bed with mattress 60 x 120 cm, a safety gate, 1 changing table, a bottle warmer, 1 potty and 1 toilet adapter, 1 baby bath, 1 bouncer, books and toys for baby. An outdoor shell pool for paddling! 1 chair You can admire the lake during the day through the large skylights and at night, from your bed, live... head in the stars!!! Bathroom: 1 small velux window overlooking the residential area. (interior blackout blind) 1 bathtub with shower and 1 sink. Bath towels provided. 1 large and 1 small towel per person. 2 bath mats Shower shampoo and hand soap provided in dispenser. 1 hair dryer, 1 body scale. 2 large mirrors. toilet, toilet paper provided. The location and your activities: The towpath, with direct access at the bottom of the garden, allows you to take a walk back and forth near the lake, but also around it if you wish (11 km). You can do many other walks or hikes: - the arcades circuit, to discover the majestic aqueducts that carry the water from the feeder channel of the Nantes-Brest Canal. You can also reach the canal by following this channel just down the house! (on foot or by bike) - the Moisdon-la-Rivière circuit (total change of scenery) 15 minutes away. - the pretty city of Sucé-sur-Erdre with its port and Snow White's house - and many other sights that we will be happy to show you! - horse riding centers offer rides. 10 minutes away, including Riaillé. - You have 1 swimming pool 14 minutes away by car with hammam sauna and jacuzzi, as well as a cinema (in Nort-sur-Erdre) - We are 35 minutes from Nantes la Beaujoire - You can observe the water birds, (herons, great crested grebes, coots, swans, shelducks, mallards etc.) but also the passerines attracted by this environment, the nuthatches, kingfishers, orioles etc. (we can lend you binoculars against a deposit). - Fishing will be prohibited on Lake Vioreau for 2024, but you can fish at La Provostière (15 min) also renowned for predators and carp. At night the only visitors are hedgehogs! No noise will disturb your rest! We have a great passion for wildlife, flora and especially ornithology, which we can share a little with you, if you wish! Guest access First of all, read the check-in instructions! (There's a little subtlety with GPS!)You have a private entrance, a staircase, a kitchen, a large bedroom, a second bedroom/living room, a bathroom and toilets (be careful, accessible from the 1st bedroom only, from the second you have to cross the 1st to access the bedrooms are in a row!) Then, in shared access with us, you have a large terrace and garden, with a barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs. Other things to note A welcome tray awaits you in your room!
