Guests are welcome to use all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, backyard, and amenities noted in the listing. Please note that any locked closets, storage areas, or utility spaces are reserved for owner or management use. This smart, contactless entry ensures a smooth and convenient arrival experience. Location of unit is left side of the building and down the flight of exterior stairs. Other things to note For our VRBO guests: if you are to cancel, we are unable to refund Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold for you stay with us.
