We want to assure you that they vacuum and mop the floors, and wash the bedding after each stay. -------Important to know ------ * IF YOU ARE VISITING FLORIDA FOR THE FIRST TIME - The complex is located just 0.2 miles (1056 feet) from the beach. - Even though we have a large capacity auto dehumidifier in the unit, sometimes, fabrics naturally absorb moisture from humid air, making them feel damp, clammy, or sticky. -High humidity can cause condensation on surfaces, making things feel wet. -High humidity at your place can absolutely make floors feel sticky, especially wood, laminate, and certain tile/stone floors, because moisture in the air affects the finish or material, causing tackiness, even without visible spills. This is different from moisture affecting Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), which deals with electronics, but both are about how humidity interacts with materials, leading to different issues like stickiness on floors and potential failure in electronics -In Panama City Beach (PCB), Florida, keeping sand out of your home is a common challenge due to the region's famous fine-powder "sugar white" sand, which is 99% pure quartz and easily tracks indoors. The sand can easily be blown inside if you keep the balcony or the front door open, especially on a windy day. -We do not provide refunds or concessions. For each adult overnight guest, the owner/manager shall require presentation of government-issued identification to verify, either physically or digitally, the guest's identity and age. The owner/manager shall record the guest's name and date of birth as shown on the ID .~~keypad access, no need to carry a key.~~ ***Way to avoid waiting and save time*** * You don't need to go anywhere to check in * ★AFTER BOOKING, You will receive an email with a link to pay the resort fee and to register. Guests are required to pay a one-time resort fee of $86.97, including taxes. PER RESERVATION (not per person, nor per night). That includes 6 WRISTBANDS & 2 PARKING PASSES. The resort fee is paid directly to SymLiv online. They accept Credit Cards. We do not collect this money, and it is not included in your total amount. This fee is nonrefundable. The wristbands will be on the kitchen counter. Please print your parking pass(es) and have them on your vehicle dashboard. If you cannot print your parking pass(es), you will need to show the QR Code to the security guards at the entrance gate, and they will direct you to the lobby to get your parking pass(es) printed. Security doesn't let anyone without wristbands use resort facilities( please wear the wristbands all the time). They will also check the wristbands at the entrance, especially at night. Children 12 and under do not require a wristband. Anyone over 12 years of age without a wristband will be asked to leave the resort. ★PLEASE READ -If the guest is found to bring additional unauthorized guests for their stay, it will result in an additional fee of $100 per guest per day or cancellation of the Booking. Cancellations for unauthorized guests are discretion of the host -You will find the wristbands on the kitchen island. --The wristbands are reusable; they must be left in the unit after each departure. There will be a $50 charge for each lost wristband. -The door code will be sent to you on the arrival day, will be activated at 4 pm, and will be working till 10:00 am on Checkout day. Guests will be asked to leave without a refund and will be charged a cleaning mitigation fee ★Balcony rules -It is unlawful to climb on or jump off the balcony. -It is unlawful to throw items off the balcony. ★Panama City Beach Rules Getting too close (50 feet or less) to nesting sea turtles can cause them to leave the beach before they complete nesting. All species of sea turtles and their nests are protected and should not be disturbed. It is illegal to harm, harass, or take nesting sea turtles, their eggs, and hatchlings. ★ BEACH WARNING FLAGS -DOUBLE RED FLAG: Very High Hazard and water closed to the public. ($500 police citation if on the beach during double red flag) -SINGLE RED FLAG: High Hazard with high surf and strong currents. -SINGLE YELLOW FLAG: Medium Hazard with moderate surf and/or strong currents. -SINGLE GREEN FLAG: Low Hazard with calm conditions, but caution is still advised. -SINGLE PURPLE FLAG: Dangerous marine life. ★Noise Ordinance Section 805.1) shall be deemed to be a noise nuisance.
