Two bedrooms and a three part bathroom means multiple people can get ready at the same time. Full size fully equipped kitchen. Dedicated study place. All the comforts of home. Bright cheery walkout basement. High speed internet with 300 gigs of data. No gaming. The house sits in a lovely meadow along a rural highway. Surrounded by trees. The basement apartment has 9ft plus ceilings, lots of windows. Soft yellow walls and navy blue sofa and window seats all trimmed in white make the open concept living area especially inviting. The Heron bedroom’s queen bed is luxuriously outfitted in silky Egyptian cotton and plenty of pillows. The Ship bedroom is painted a refreshing Mediterranean blue with Egyptian cotton on the King bed. Both bedrooms have generously sized armoire. The bathroom is divided into three parts, there is a shower area, private toilet room, And the sink area. There’s also a laundry closet with a full size washer and a dryer, ironing board and iron, cleaning supplies(unscented), mop and broom. You have your own private drive lined with solar lights and a private patio. Generous parking area. The whole apartment is your private space, the patio, and back yard. Plenty of room for a game of ultimate frisbee. I’ll usually be here to meet you and as I’m upstairs I’ll be readily available should you need some assistance or have a question. Just call or message me through the airbnb app. I’ll check often. FYI. If guests get loud we can hear them. I can't discern words. If guests are hosting extra friends and family and are enjoying a lot of laughter and good natured fun we don't mind the extra noise except after 9pm. Angry arguments and shouting matches must be taken away from the property. Five Oaks Retreat is on rural highway that has busy moments and quiet times. There is one house to barely see across the road from us. There are no other houses close by. My nearest neighbor has Border Collies that break out in a barking spree occasionally. It generally lasts about 30 seconds to a minute. I’m being totally honest here. You will have your own private drive with a parking area with two turnaround spots. The first one is outside the retaining walls and the second inside the retaining walls. The parking area inside the retaining walls is sized for cars not large trucks. Larger truck will do well in the parking area outside the retaining wall. Solar ground lights help with night time arrivals. I’ve tried to think of all of the most common things people would need to use. If there’s something important missing in the kitchen especially do let me know what that is. We love to visit with guests if they wish to. Just say so. We do live above so we appreciate quiet guests. We’ll do the same for you.
