We'll be happy to host you in our small house with a private Jacuzzi. It was designed for couples who want to have fun and at the same time enjoy a cozy, private and romantic place. Its greatest attraction is its location as it is surrounded by the best of Rincón. We're steps away from beaches (Sea Beach Colony, Lalas's Beach and Balneario), supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, banks, food truck park, passive parks and downtown. You'll love this unique and romantic getaway. The space Modern small house very well equipped to make your stay pleasant. It has an equipped kitchen, a private room with a queen-size bed, a smart TV, a bathroom, and a closet. Outside there is an area with a garden and a private Jacuzzi. In addition, it has a cistern and solar systems which cover the entire house except the air conditioning and Jacuzzi. We can arrange some special decorations if you wish for an additional cost. Guest access Check-in time: 3:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM Before the date of your stay, you'll receive a message with instructions on how to access the residence. Guests staying longer than a week will have access to a washing machine and dryer. Parking is in front of the main door. Other things to note We have the services of a professional exterminator for pest control. In addition, the residence has insecticides in spray and mosquito repellents for your use and peace of mind. The air conditioning and the Jacuzzi do not work with the solar system.
