Águas de São Pedro (Red House)

We're 10 minutes from the hot springs. We are SuperHosts. Cozy corner, decorated with Gabriela's ceramics, the house has a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 with air conditioning / 1 with fan), toilet, balcony, hammock, swimming pool, lawn, orchard, fresh air under the trees. Our hospitality welcomes human diversity! Privacy, security, comfort and lots of peace. Pets are the responsibility of the guardians, any damage is at their own expense. THERE ARE NO CAMERAS INSIDE THE RED HOUSE - PRIVACY GUARANTEED The space The house is cozy and smelling: two bedrooms, which accommodate up to 4 people in two double beds (queen/double) and two more mattresses on the floor: total 6 people. Important: One room has air conditioning and the other room has a portable fan. The kitchen is equipped (4 burner stove with oven, fridge, blender, sandwich maker, cutlery, glasses, etc.). The WC is shared between the two bedrooms with super Jet shower. It has a charming balcony with hammock. The House is all decorated with the ceramics of Gabi. If you like one of them, the price is fixed behind the piece!!!! From the house, guests already have access to the pool and lawn, orchard (leafy hoses, acerolas, blackberries, several lime feet and other freshly planted fruits). Local to make a fire at night and enjoy the silence and gaze at the sky on cloudless nights. We have TV - but the neighborhood has no open TV - but we have an HDMI cable to connect to a notebook (bring your notebook) and we have WIFI to connect! Pets are welcome upon request. The responsibility for the animals rests entirely with the GUARDIANS. The farm is surrounded by barbed wire with wide passages - we cannot be held responsible for the safety of the animals. Any damage to the house or the farm will be the responsibility of the guardians and we will charge the amount due for the repairs. It is expressly forbidden for pets to climb on the bed or sofa, urinate in corners or defecate inside the house. They can use the lawn, and we kindly ask you to collect your pet's feces. We require guests to provide a hygienic pet mat. Pets are expressly prohibited from entering the pool. NO CAMERAS IN THE INTERIOR OF THE HOUSE - PRIVACY GUARANTEED - THERE ARE EXTERNAL CAMERAS Guest access First of all: Privacy - Casinha Vermelha is all for our guests. We do not access the space unless requested for some reason! Our House (me, my wife and her son) live in a house on the same property, but far from the Casinha. And most importantly, we respect the privacy our guests require. The property is 10,200 m2 - guests can stroll through the entire property. The only restricted access is to the main house (where we live - which is the counterpart of our privacy). If you want to pick your fresh spices or seasonal fruits, feel free. Like every garden worth its salt, we have trees with forbidden fruits: the Sicilian lemon tree in front of the Casinha and the pomegranate tree! (do not pick the fruits). We only ask that you avoid any form of waste or exaggeration in the harvests to maintain the sustainability of the property. Other things to note We have a great environmental concern: 1. The house has solar energy (renewable). 2. Sewage treatment in biodigestors (in both houses) 3. Ozone-treated swimming pool 4. Garden for making our spices and some vegetables 5. Compost bin IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE: When it is only one day accommodation - we request that guests bring bed and bath linens... We kindly request that in the use of the Pool: 1. Do not use hair products: creams, conditioners, etc. 2. Do not use bronzers 3. Take an invigorating shower before entering 4. Do not bring food to the edge of the pool (we have a small table, you can leave the food there to enjoy the pool) 5. Do not bring glass glasses or glasses to the edge of the pool.
