The space The villa is located in the Ouro Verde residence on the shores of Lake Trairi. In the house, you will find 5 bedrooms (4 upstairs and a small bedroom on the ground floor). The 4 upstairs bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning. 1/ a master suite with its own dressing room and bathroom. It has a 160 cm bed and a terrace with superb views. 2/ a bedroom with a 140 cm bed 3/ A bedroom with a 140 cm bed 4/ a bedroom with a 140 cm bed that has a terrace. 5/ a small 6 m2 bedroom on the ground floor with a sofa bed offering a 130 cm bed. This is the only room that DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING, but is equipped with a large fan. Regarding the rest of the house, as you can see from the photos, the kitchen is fully equipped (oven, stove, dishwasher...), the living room is very spacious and modern. For the outdoors, you will have a magnificent 25-meter private swimming pool (swimming lane) that will not leave you indifferent... There is also a barbecue, a covered terrace for your meals, a small garden... We have done everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
