We have a 43" Smart TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, vertical freezer, stove, microwave, water dispenser, kitchen utensils (pots, dishes, cutlery), blender, and a mobile barbecue (with grill and skewer). Extra notes: - Sound allowed until 10pm. - Internet quality is excellent ( with fiber optic) - We have Claro phone signal with 4G. - We do not allow visitors to enter other than those registered in the reservation. - The water of the site is potable and of artesian well. - We do not provide bedding, towel or duvet/covered area. We are a pet friendly accommodation and your animal will be welcome here as long as compliance with the following rules prevails: - No climbing on the beds and sofas. - The guest must bring all the utensils necessary for the stay of the animal. - Cleaning all solid and liquid waste is the sole responsibility of the guest. - Guest shall be responsible for any incident and damage caused by his animal and shall compensate for any damages caused by him. - Every area of the site is surrounded by wire fence, so it is the guest's entire responsibility to ensure that their pet does not run away.
