The space For the comfort of our guests, the property has: - 1 Studio with 1 double bed, 1 single sofa bed, Smart TV, clothes rack and air conditioning; - Compact kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, sandwich maker, electric kettle, electric kettle, blender, pots, dishes and utensils; - Dining space with table and 4 chairs; - 1 Social Bathroom; - Hotel quality bed linen and bath (extra bed linen and towels are charged by Seazone); - Wi-fi available; - 1 covered parking space. (Cabe Caminhonete) Enjoy the common areas, such as amazing shops and great restaurants, in the building. NOTE: The building does not have luggage storage. NOTE: The condo offers a charger for electric vehicles, available for payment. * ATTENTION: Facial registration is required to gain access to the condominium and use the garage. * The cleaning included in the value is carried out only at check-out. If the guest wishes an extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. * One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are provided, plus sheets for the indicated number of guests. Other things to note IMPORTANT: - Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM; - Check-out: by 11:00 AM; - For self check-in, if any issue occurs that requires the host to go to the property after 8:00 p.m., there will be a convenience fee ranging from R$ 50.00 to R$ 100.00, depending on the time. - Additional bed/bath linen and cleaning are requested and paid separately, directly with Seazone; - The entry of guests and/or visitors who exceed the property's capacity or who are not listed in the reservation is prohibited; - Smoking is not allowed; - Pets are not allowed; - Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited, with fines applied; - Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM; - Any disrespect for condominium/neighborhood rules is the guest's responsibility, in addition to fines; - For stays longer than 30 days, an extra cleaning fee will be charged, which includes a new cleaning of the property and the replacement of bed linen and towels during the stay;Before check-in, - Before check-in, guests may be asked to provide identification documents for data verification.
