Bring your boat or kayaks and launch from the public boat ramp only 1/2 mile away. The drive is 25’ wide and 29’ long. Here you will find the luxury of indoor and outdoor living! This Airbnb offers 2 queen bedrooms each with a private bathroom along with a wall mounted flat screen tv for Roku use. Each mattress offers a 3” memory gel foam mattress topper. The home offers excellent high speed internet. The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs and offers coffee, creamers and sugar for your stay. You will be supplied with basics to start including a sponge, dish soap and a couple of trash bags. The living room is furnished with 2 full sofas and a large flat screen smart television. Walk outside and enjoy the second level deck with table and chairs. Head downstairs to take advantage of the firepit and the propane grill, private to this Airbnb. Enjoy a dinner on the picnic table or a shower in the enclosed outdoor shower! The building also has the owners lower level garage space. The entire building is well separated from the primary residence and private! Here you will find everything for your perfect Kitty Hawk getaway. You are welcome to use the 2 single kayaks and the 1 tandem provided with paddles and life jackets. You must be able to transport the kayaks on your vehicle. One street over is the Bob Perry boat launch. This is a great place to set your kayaks out for an adventure. The ocean is only 2 miles directly east along with excellent local dining options. Grocery stores and a Walmart are within minutes. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment with exception to the owners closet which is marked and locked. Other things to note Professionally hosted by OBX Sharp Stays: ✔ You will be provided linens and bath towels. Also to get you started there will be a couple trash bags, a couple rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, salt/pepper and basic kitchen needs including coffee/sugar! You will be responsible for providing anything needed beyond what we get you started with. ✔ Check out instructions will be posted in your Airbnb and include asking if you would strip the beds, start the dishwasher and take your trash to the outside can. ✔ Hurricane season is June to November, please see Airbnb policy regarding weather events: "Weather events, natural conditions, and diseases that are excluded from our Extenuating Circumstances Policy" There will be no refunds related to weather events.
