Please consult the host for pricing and payment methods :) The space For the comfort of our guests, the studio features: - Integrated environments, custom-made furniture and air-conditioning; - Studio with double sofa bed (accommodates 1 adult and 1 child up to 12 years old), queen size bed, closet, TV and integrated kitchen; - Kitchen with dining counter, refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, pots and utensils; - 1 social bathroom; - Hotel-quality bed and bath linens (extra bed linens and towels are charged by Seazone); - 200mb Wi-Fi available; - 1 covered parking space. - NOTE: Parking with vehicle inspection at check-in, the car is parked in the garage by the valet and the key is at the reception, whenever the guest wants to leave they need to request the vehicle key from the reception, which is 24 hours. * Illustrative photos of a similar unit. * One bath towel is provided per guest and one hand towel per bathroom, plus linens for the number of guests indicated. Linen changes can be requested for half the cleaning fee. * The cleaning included in the price is carried out only at checkout. If the guest desires extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. Come, relax, have fun and don't worry about anything else :) Guest access Please contact Seazone to inquire about which areas are restricted to owners and which ones are available to guests :) Other things to note IMPORTANT: - Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM; - Check-out: by 11:00 AM; - For check-ins after 8:00 PM, there is an additional convenience fee of R$ 50 until 10:00 PM and R$ 100 after 10:00 PM; - For same-day bookings, additional waiting time may be required due to the host’s travel time to the property; - Additional bed/bath linen and cleaning are requested and paid separately, directly with Seazone; - The entry of guests and/or visitors who exceed the property's capacity or who are not listed in the reservation is prohibited; - Smoking is not allowed; - Pets are not allowed; - Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited, with fines applied; - Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM; - Any disrespect for condominium/neighborhood rules is the guest's responsibility, in addition to fines; - For stays longer than 30 days, an extra cleaning fee will be charged, which includes a new cleaning of the property and the replacement of bed linen and towels during the stay; - Before check-in, guests may be asked to provide identification documents for data verification.
