This place has a private entrance (located on the right side of the home) followed by stairs leading to living spaces. The property has three ductless type AC units. One located in the living room, one in the main bedroom and one in the far left bedroom. Based on the season, you may enjoy some fresh fruits from the backyard like avocados, papayas, mangos. The space This cozy home in the entire second floor only, provides 3 bedrooms (two full size beds and one queen size), two full bathrooms with showers. There is an auto inflatable twin mattress that can be use in the living room for groups of 7 guests. Guest #7 will incur in the extra guest fee. The kitchen, living and dining areas provide space for all guests to enjoy time together. Laundry is equipped with washer and dryer for your convenience. Guest access Guest can enjoy all outdoor green areas. Other things to note Please note the following notes: -For our guests safety, three outdoor cameras are recording at all times. Located near the entrance facing the parking and green areas. There is also a doorbell camera located at the entrance. In case you need help accessing the property/operating the digital lock, the doorbell can be use to have immediate help as it is two way communication tool. -Please take a moment to see the approved parking area as shown in the check-in instructions email guests receive a day prior to arrival. Parking is on the grass, so please keep in mind that if we get some rain, shoes might get somewhat dirty when getting to your car. We have decided not to add a concrete driveway so we don’t take away from the natural green surrounding the house. Lastly, we welcome furry friends as pets or service animals. Please note that all pets must be added to the stay in the Air Bnb app. We ask all guests to provide the breed, weight and a picture before allowing your four legged friend in the property. A one time Pet fee is automatically added to the reservation. Once in the property please note that no furry friends are allowed on sofas and bed, no exceptions. All pets must be on a leash at all times when outside. Any damage or extra cleaning required due to a guest not following these rules, the guest will be responsable to cover. IMPORTANT: Despite maintaining high standards of cleanliness and regular fumigation practices, the hot and humid tropical climate of Puerto Rico, can result in common insects occasionally entering the home, especially during summer. We kindly ask guests to use the provided cleaning supplies to dispose of any small insects that may appear. This occurrence is not a reflection of our cleaning standards and does not merit a refund for your stay. Thank you!
