Comfortable, fully-equipped house

The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom upstairs. There are 2 king-size beds and 1 queen-size bed, each with a screen, air conditioning and a closet. Downstairs there is a living and dining room with a screen, refrigerator, coffee maker, sandwich maker, microwave, stove, TV, 1/2 bathroom and CCTV. There is a covered garage outside. PARTIES, GATHERINGS OR VISITS AND SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED INSIDE THE HOUSE. The place is for relaxing. IF THERE IS HOT WATER in cold, winter or when babies travel. No ground floor weather. The space The property is located within a very quiet private area ideal for relaxing. NO PARTIES, NO VISITS, NO MEETINGS. Guest access The third bedroom is only available if there are more than 5 guests, and you have to request it because it is usually closed. Other things to note Smoking inside the house and noisy parties are strictly forbidden. Pets are not allowed. The room does not include climate control. If there is any detail or disagreement during your stay, do not wait until your departure to put it in the review. Please write to me and I will solve it at the most opportune moment. My priority is for you to have a good time. I'll be there to assist you with house matters from 10 am to 8 pm.
