Upstairs, the house has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, 1 king-size bed and 1 queen-size bed, each with a screen, air conditioning, and a closet. Downstairs, there is a living and dining room with a screen, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a sandwich maker, a microwave, a stove, and a TV. There is also a half bathroom and a CCTV system. Outside, there is a covered garage. PARTIES, GATHERINGS OR VISITS AND SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED INSIDE THE HOUSE. The place is for relaxing. IF THERE IS HOT WATER in cold, winter or when babies travel. No ground floor weather. The space The property is located within a very quiet private area ideal for relaxing. NO PARTIES, NO VISITS, NO MEETINGS. Other things to note Smoking inside the house and noisy parties are strictly forbidden. Pets are not allowed. The room does not include climate control.
