The maximum occupancy is 4 adults (18 years old and older only). The space You will find in the Studio: a bedroom with a queen bed (the side of the bedroom is closed with panel blinds), air-conditioning in the bedroom, clothes rack in the hallway, a living room with a sofa bed, two puffs that unfolded become a low bed (or they can be used to enlarge the sofa bed) and big screen (the screen can be assisted in the bedroom and living room at the same time), air-conditioning in the living room, kitchenette, kitchen facing the living room, with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and electric oven, water filter, Ayrfrier and tidy. There is also a balcony with a table and a sink. BARBECUES ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE BALCONY OR IN THE APARTMENT. The pool, sauna and gym are spaces of the Condominium, therefore, for general use, and are not private spaces for the guest. Guest access Access to the Condominium is via an App that provides you with a virtual key. You can use the following areas of the Condominium: garage (demarcated space for each apartment for a medium-sized vehicle), swimming pool, gym (respecting the limit of people on site) and sauna (by appointment at the entrance). Access to the apartment is made with a unique code for each rental that will be provided to you before your check-in (smart lock). Both the Condominium App and the lock code are automatically deactivated at checkout time. Other things to note The maximum occupancy is 4 people. In other words, occupation by more than 4 people or minors under the age of 18 is not allowed. Reservations that do not respect these conditions will be canceled.
