Beachfront! Beachfront! Fabulous air conditioned beachfront basement in a town house condo in Wasaga Beach! Firepit/ Free Wifi/ Free parking- Basement Unit available for a couple or a small family of 3. Clean and family friendly complex with pool and beach perfect for summer or winter vacation. Approximately 1.5 hour from GTA area, and 20 minute drive to Collingwood, 30 mins to Blue Mountain Ski Hills. The space Below are some basic details that may come in handy for your stay: The Space Perfect Modern unit for fun activities and making wonderful memories. The basement unit has 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed and a klikklak sofa in the common area. There is full small kitchen to cook your meals. TV with roku and high speed internet available all year around. Normal occupancy is 2-3. The property is located between Beach Area 4 and 5. Direct access to shallow beach. A modern 6 unit Condo in Wasaga Beach close to restaurants, LCBO, Walmart, Shoppers Drugmart, McDonald's/ Tim Hortons and Parks. Guest access The interior of the condo is yours to enjoy. Treat it like your own. Everything outside is shared with other guests including lush green backyard, heated pool, BBQ, Firepit and beach. Please be accommodating of others and Enjoy your stay. CHECK-IN: Our check-in's are scheduled for 4:00 PM. You may arrive then, or later. To make things easy for you, I have arranged for a self check-in. The door lock code will be sent in a separate message. Please do let me know when you make it inside. CHECK-OUT: Keep in mind for planning your check-out down the road, the check-out time is scheduled for 11:00 AM, or earlier. You will be responsible for removing all of your belongings, and any trash from the apartment. Our cleaners will come to take care of everything else. Please note that the cleaners are on a tight schedule and we absolutely need you to cooperate in this matter. PARKING: Please park your car on single spot marked 6 (in front of the unit) . This spot can typically accommodate 1 regular size sedan. Please do not bring additional cars as it is very difficult to find additional parking. STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide the following starter supplies to get you started. This should be enough for a long weekend. a) For the Kitchen: Coffee maker, spice rack, paper towels, dish washing essentials, garbage liners are under the sink. b) For the Bathroom: toilet paper under the sink, some liquid hand soap, shower dispenser with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. c) For the Bedroom: we provide pillows . Please bring your own pillow cases, bed linen and blankets. We will not be providing Linen. We have a queen size bed and a single klikklak sofa in the unit. If you want us to provide linen, We can do so at an additional $50 cost. ** Outdoor pool OPEN ONLY from End of May to September. Please note that we do NOT provide an unlimited set of supplies, there should be enough for a long weekend TRASH AND RECYCLING BINS: Beside the building ( near the pool house) is a complete garbage and recycling center. Please keep the house clean from open food and trash during your stay. Please bring your trash down on a daily basis in order to keep the home clean and orderly. Additional garbage bags are under the sink. AIR CONDITIONING We have a ductless AC/ heating system. Please turn it off when not in use and keep the windows closed when using AC. Please note that lost AC remote will cost additional $100. From may to October, ductless unit should be used as AC ( Cold mode) mode only. HEAT: There are baseboard heaters for heat with wall dial thermostats to control temperature. Please turn down when not in use and before leaving. You can also use the ductless heating in the colder months ( November- April). SMOKING: No smoking, cannabis or vaping of any kind inside the premises and on the front and back Decks. Please be courteous of other guests in other units. If smoking is found in the unit- additional smoking cleaning charge of $500 will be charged to the guests. PARTIES AND EVENTS: Absolutely no parties or events allowed. Please respect the maximum guest limit is based on fire code and additional guests beyond those registered cannot be permitted. Guest access This unit has its own entrance and access to the back yard and the beach. The basement unit is your to enjoy. Pool and back yard are shared. Pool is OPEN between June- September ( subject to Simcoe county PH) . Pool is shared and has a maximum occupancy of 20 at any given time. We have plenty of room on the lake as well. Come and enjoy your stay Other things to note **Please bring your own linens, blankets, indoor towels, beach towels. ** Please note that because this is a lower unit, there is potential for noise from the other units. We are a family friendly complex and though most of our guests are very respectful, there is potential for noise.
