Our duplex is ideal for families or trips with friends. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, laundry area, garage, and an area with a private heated Jacuzzi and barbecue. The house is located near the Extra market and close to Tartaruga Beach (2nd block). In the house we offer: Bed and bath linens, 50" TV with multiple channels, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning in the bedrooms, fans, fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, pots... The space The duplex is located in a small condominium of 8 houses with totally independent entrances. The Jacuzzi and barbecue area is for guests only, as it is part of the duplex. Guest access The guest will have access to the area with a barbecue and heated Jacuzzi. The space is for the guest only and is not part of the condominium.
