Offering a cheerful summer cottageright outside Sylvan Beach in North Bay, NY. It is a five minute drive from the main town giving our guests plenty of privacy yet not too far from restaurants, beach and shops. Make it your getaway for the week or for the weekend. Available in the Spring, Summer and Fall seasons! The space The waterfront vacation home is secluded on a 6-acre property, it has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with tub/shower. There is a sectional in the living room. The outside has several decks and a gas grill. Park your boat the dock. This a very cozy cottage. Guest access The guest have access to the lower cottage. The upper building is under construction and the garages are not for guest use. Other things to note There is lots of stairs leading to the cottage. If your unable to climb up and down stairs this cottage is not recommended
