The apartment, which was extensively renovated in 2019 and 2023 and is comfortably and functionally equipped, is located on the kilometer-long sandy beach of the urbanization of Roquetas, just a few meters from the Punta Entinas-Sabinar Nature Park. The lake promenade with adjoining sandy beach and a variety of leisure and gastronomy offers is only about 30 meters away (cycling, jogging, skating, sunbathing and boat rental). The Playa Serena Golf Club is within walking distance, and the ski resort is 2 hours away. The space The apartment (approx. 38 meters), equipped with air conditioning and heating, has 2 spacious balconies on the garden side. One of these is covered and offers pleasant shade on warm days, while the second balcony has 2 sun loungers and a large umbrella. Thanks to the incomparable location of the apartment, you will find peace and relaxation here, but at the same time also in the immediate vicinity a wide range of restaurants, cafes, tapas bars, beach chiringuitos, supermarkets and bakeries, a newsstand with international press as well as a bus stop, a taxi stand, (German-speaking) pharmacies and doctors as well as a variety of shops. Access to the 1st floor apartment is via a private external staircase and a gallery with outdoor lighting from the end of Avenida de Entremares (dead end with parking in front of the house). The apartment is equipped with an entrance door with a bolt lock as well as lockable windows/doors or shutters. A small entrance area with a mirror and wardrobe leads to all rooms. The bedroom has several built-in closets with a mini locker and an approx. 1.60 x 2.00 meter double bed, bedside tables and reading lamps as well as a desk with a work chair for guests who want to combine the pleasant with the useful.
