Other things to note IMPORTANT The standard check-in time is at 3:00 pm and checkout is at 12:00 (local time). Hours can be negotiated according to availability We do not offer bed and bath linens and dishwashing detergent or dishwasher Dishwashing and housekeeping are NOT included in the cleaning fee Guests are expected to make all the dishes clean. Guests must clean the barbecue after use. Guests are required to collect all trash and deposit in the trash bin on the street, next to the house. Loud noise prohibited at any time of day.
