Beautifully decorated apartment in a building with daily housekeeping service, complete in the Arpoador neighborhood, RJ, between the beaches of Copacabana and Ipanema. The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed and 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, a large bathroom and a kitchen. The apartment's best feature is the balcony with fantastic views of the 2 Irmãos mountain and the most beautiful sunset views. The building has a large swimming pool, fitness center and a parking space that accompanies this unit. Other things to note Under Brazilian law, the hours for construction in residential condominiums are normally from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. On Saturdays, construction work may be allowed from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., and on Sundays it is prohibited. The “law of silence” assumes that noise is only allowed within the permitted decibel limits, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., and before or after the indicated times, the person who does so above the permitted limits will be subject to punishment. The condominium pool is active from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., however, we still have limitations in the operation of the pool area due to the construction next to the condominium. The apartment is not facing the construction site next to the condominium, but there may be some construction noise on weekdays and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
