Fox Lake Woods - 12.5 acres homestead retreat

Relax with the whole family or special loved one at this peaceful home. We experience very little traffic at our 12.5 acre homestead surrounded by woods. Enjoy the wood stove, board games, or yard space where an abundance of wildlife and trees will make you never want to leave. Pick a deck you prefer or a cozy chair and get some true R&R. The space This is a private three bedroom, one bathroom space. The ground level has an intimate setting of a living room space with a smart TV (come prepared to connect to internet), kitchen, fun bath, dining room table, sitting area around the wood stove, and washer/dryer. A full size bed is available in the bedroom on this level. Up the stairs is a loft. There are books in this sitting area. There is also a locked door where there is no access. Downstairs is another living space and TV (good for watching movies). There are two bedrooms without doors. One is a full size bed and the other is a twin size bed. Please refrain from going into storage behind the barn style door. There is a covered porch with wooden seating available. Two other patios without furniture or railings are available. Snakes especially like the one patio. A playset and mini play cabin are available to play in. Please watch for hornets, wasps, etc. There is a nice size yard to play, but mosquitoes can be fierce. Be prepared for mosquitoes. There is a garden and barn area. Please refrain from entering. There is no use of the garage for guests. Feel free to explore the approximate 10 acre woods behind the property, but refrain from any ATV use. Guest access Guests may have access to the home. Do not enter the garden or barn area. Entering the woods is permitted by foot only, not ATV use. Guests do not have access to the two car garage. Other things to note No WiFi is provided. Snakes like to be in the grass between the home and garden and sunbathe on one patio. Mosquitos are on the property and easily enter through the door. Verizon has the best service. Please do not: - water plants - enter garden - enter barn area - enter garage - enter sliding door in basement - enter locked door upstairs - enter woods other than by foot - absolutely NO FIREWORKS!
