The space Villa Encanto has six bedrooms, six bathrooms, two large living rooms, a huge open concept kitchen, breakfast nook, outdoor dining, formal dining room, dedicated office, laundry room, gym, in-ground swimming pool with newly installed hot tub, a private lake with fishing dock, and a three car garage! Guest access Guests have full access to Villa Encanto, as well as the outside pool, lake, and dock. Other things to note No parties or special events or commercial endeavors. All guests must sign a waiver. No jumping into the hot tub. No jumping into the pool from the hot tub.
