Lovingly furnished and completely modernized apartment directly below Augsburg's Maximlianstrasse in the historic center of Augsburg. Many restaurants, bars, shopping arcades and theaters within walking distance in a few minutes. The Augsburger Puppenkiste is also only a few hundred meters away. The historic old town, the Fuggerei and Augsburg's pedestrian zone around the town hall can also be explored on foot from there. The space The 48m2 apartment with bedroom, kitchen and bathroom is fully equipped with everything you need, a nicely furnished workspace, washing machine and generous storage space. Even longer stays are therefore no problem. Suitable for guests on business trips as well as tourists. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. I have a sofa bed for the 3rd guest. Please only indicate the correct number of guests, as I do not automatically have bed linen for the couch in the apartment but prepare it separately.
