Apartment in the center of beautiful Kroměříž, also for a family with children

Cozy and spacious apartment, fully equipped for 3 to 4 adults and a small child under 2 years. The apartment is in a quiet part on the edge of the center of beautiful historic Kroměříž. With your family, you'll have a short walk to all the interesting places, the castle, the Podzateau's garden, the square and UNESCO monuments, to a lot of restaurants, entertainment, and sports. The space The 1+1 apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building with a wide and easily accessible staircase. The apartment has a large bedroom connected to the living room, a spacious kitchen with a dining room equipped with everything and a modern comfortable bathroom and hallway. The surroundings of the house are quiet and full of greenery. The entrance to the Podzámecká Garden, about 30 meters away, directly invites you to take walks in nature all day (free entrance). Guest access Guests have the whole apartment to themselves. My family and I live in the apartment next door, so I'm almost always around if you need anything. You can park directly in front of the house (paid during the day, free at night and on Sundays). The apartment is also just about 7 minutes' walk from the bus and train stations. Check-in and checkout - you will pick up the keys in the self-service box at the entrance (I will send the code before arrival in the Airbnb chat). Just return the keys to the box when you leave. Strollers and bicycles can be safely stored in a locked passage on the ground floor of the house. Other things to note Check in and check out – Check-in: anytime after 8:00 on the day of arrival – Check-out: by 3:00 PM on the day of departure Parking – Directly in front of the house (paid Mon-Sat 7:00-18:00, 20 CZK/hour, outside this time, on Sundays and holidays free of charge). - Free parking also in Spáčilova Street, about 200 m from the house. - Strollers and bicycles can be safely stored in a locked passage on the ground floor. Wi-Fi and TV – Wifi is available - you will find the connection details in the apartment upon arrival. – Google TV connected to the Internet – you can log in to your accounts (Netflix, YouTube, HBO Max). Please log out before leaving. House Rules – No smoking inside (even e-cigarettes), smoking is possible outside or on the terrace. – Quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. - No parties or noisy events. - Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed to enter (possibly 1 extra bed free of charge by arrangement). – Close the windows and lock the doors when you leave. Safety – Fire extinguisher: behind the front door. - Smoke detector: in the kitchen. - First aid kit: in the hallway (marked).
