Such as taking 5 minutes to go to the walking street ,for the beach also 7 minutes, or for Pratumnak hill mountain also take about 5 minutes . We are also close with the bus station to go to the airport. Our place just new open on July 2022, we provided good furniture well , smart new TV 55 inch , also good internet wifi free and the restaurant. Other things to note The requirement to know : Check in need passport ,and deposit on cash about 5000 Baht . The electrics rate is 7 baht per kg watt , and water is 500 baht per month. Service charged for cleaning per time is 500 Baht we change you also new bedsheet with 2 towels but depend on your request to clean.(Time to check out , we would like to charged 500 Baht for cleaning.)
