Local dining and shopping, the convention center, casino, airport, art and mid century architecture are just steps away. The Pool cleaner comes every Friday between 8 AM - 12 PM. Landscaping is each week on Wednesday. Trash Service is Door Side pickup, so no need to curb the bins that are located in driveway. Pickup is early Monday AM. In consideration of future guests, please have bins loaded before pickup early Monday. FROM APR 30- OCT 1, POOL HEAT IS INCLUDED IN RATES. There is no need to request pool heating. The pool is heated up to 87º and runs 8A-8P. If you would like pool heat outside of these dates, there is an additional $50/day. These fees will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival. Hot tub heating is available at the home and activated using a remote mounted on the side of the jaccuzi. Note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival. ADDITIONAL POLICIES & RULES -No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house. -100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am -No smoking inside home -Renter must be 25+ -Up to 2 dogs are allowed at a max $100/stay total fee. Sorry, not feline friendly -Empty sink and load dishwasher prior to departure -Clean grill immediately after use and turn off propane at the tank to avoid waste and extra cleaning fees -Bicycle rentals available during your stay for a fee. House manual located just inside the front door with even more helpful tips during your stay. It is suggested all guests read at least once.
