Tanager Villa is our largest private vacation rental and can host groups of up to 10 guests in air-conditioned bedrooms. The main house of Tanager Villa consists of a spacious living & dining area and a large, modern kitchen, all of which connect to the sundeck with a beautiful swimming pool with ocean views. The 3 main bedrooms are accesible from this floor and are located on the second floor, two of which overlook the beautiful ocean, and the third bedroom has views of the luscious rain forest that surrounds the property. Below the main house is a separate 2-bedroom suite which hosts the 4th and 5th bedrooms as well as a small living area, balcony and kitchenette. Tanager Villa is equipped with cable TV, high speed fiber optic internet, phone and all of the kitchen amenities you may need. HOUSE RULES - * No parties or events allowed * Quiet time is 10PM to 8AM * Be respectful with other guests * No Smoking Inside * Lost towels or keys, as well as damaged items will be charged to you. Additional free cleanings are available upon request once or twice a week to keep contact at a minimum. All our staff members wear gloves during cleaning and we request our guests to enjoy the pool or our hiking trails during the cleaning for their added safety. - Self Check-in available for our guests. PLEASE NOTE - Damages to the property or its content that occur during your stay will be charged to you. Entire property is rented private. None of the areas are shared. Our rental office is onsite and open daily 7am to 6pm, plus we are available via phone and text messages after office hours in case our guests need anything. We can help arrange country wide transfers, local tours, chef service or provide general information on the area. All of our properties are located within the private gated community of Manuel Antonio Estates of which the Tanager Villa is one of the highest properties with the best views! The grounds are covered in luscious rain forest and wildlife like monkeys and exotic birds will visit the condo on a daily basis. Keep in mind that our office, where I am located, is right here on site, so I will be able to help you with anything and everything including tours & activities, restaurant recommendations and general information on the area. We also have our rejuvenating Raindrop Spa right on site! Our Tanager Villa is conveniently located within walking distance from the town of Quepos where there are restaurants, grocery stores, shops, nightlife etc. From Quepos there is about a 3 mile road that runs through the rain forest mountain down to the beach/park. Buses run every 15 minutes (50 cents) and the bus stop is right outside the front gate. Taxis are also available 24/7, plus, all tours & activities include round trip transportation from the villa! We are surrounded by the rainforest, which guarantees daily wildlife visits including monkeys, iguanas, tropical birds like toucans and macaws, but also bugs are common. All windows are screened, but every now and then a few manage to make their way in. Daily cleaning is included but if bugs ir geckos are not for you or any of your group members, Costa Rica may not be the right destination for you. Do not leave fruit or eggs out, as the monkeys can get in and they can make big disasters! Always clean up after using the kitchen, even just a few bread crumbs will attract ants to come in the house.
