A house in a quiet and safe place, overlooking the sea, with a lot of birdsong, on the TOP OF THE COAST of Praia de Fora/Palhoça. The space The GREEN HOUSE's distinguishing feature is the panoramic deck with an incredible view of the sea, a privileged space to contemplate nature, rest and have a nice breakfast outdoors. The house has 2 spacious bedrooms, a combined living room and kitchen, and a bathroom. - In the kitchen, a refrigerator, 1-burner induction stove, large electric oven, air-fryer, toaster, blender, cabinets with various utensils, wine glasses, sparkling wine, crockery and pots in varying sizes, thermos, barbecue utensils. - In the living room, sofa, table with 4 chairs and 32'' smart TV - Fixed air-conditioning in the living room, with hot and cold air, capable of cooling the entire house - In bedroom 01: queen-size box bed, macaw hanger, blackout curtain and beautiful ocean view. - In bedroom 02: double bed, clothes rack and blackout curtain. - On the deck, there is a table with chairs to enjoy the view. We provide bed linens, bath towels, face towels and microfiber blankets. In the area next to the house, there is a very nice space with a table to take in the view. Guest access Access to the house is via STAIRS (with wide steps) as it is located in ALTO DO COSTÃO, thus ensuring the charming view. We do NOT recommend it for people with PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS. The house is NOT shared, it will be exclusively YOURS during your stay with an individual key. Property surrounded by trees and fresh air. The laundry area with a washing machine and clothesline, as well as the barbecue area (without a cover), are in another space, behind the house, and are shared. Parking is on the street in front of the property, a very quiet location and monitored by cameras. The street is a dead end, with traffic only from local residents. The covered garage we provide is shared. To access Prainha da Maria Rosa, just follow the street on the right side of the house, a very pleasant walk. To access Praia de Fora, you can walk or drive on the left side, finding free parking on the beach streets.
