My space is good for couples, business travelers, business travelers, families. Important: I live in the apartment, I am a smoker and have two cats and a cocktail. The building is very safe, has a 24-hour concierge, polite and helpful staff, surveillance camera system, very clean, always with up-to-date fumigation, as well as maintenance of the elevators, it really is a very well managed building.
