Located 7 minute drive, 15min bike or 28 min TTC from Centennial & UofT Scarborough Campus. The space This shared house is huge! There are a total of five bedrooms, one washroom, one living room with dining room and a fully stocked eat-in kitchen with laundry facilities. Be one of the first guests to stay in this recently renovated Airbnb. You'll love the high ceilings, the large room sizes and spacious common areas. The fabulous neighbourhood will make you feel right at home. This is a shared house and you have to be mindful of others when using any of the common areas. You have to wash dishes immediately after you're finished with the kitchen and take your personal belongings into your room when you leave the common areas etc. Common areas are cleaned on a monthly basis and cleaning of the personal rooms are the responsibility of the guests. Guest access You are welcome to use any of the common areas as outlined in the pictures. The only areas you can't access are the 3 other private rooms as they will be locked.
