Great room in the heart of Braunschweig City

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. My apartment is about 100 square meters with balcony & courtyard, right in the city center of Braunschweig. You fall out of the front door and are in the immediate vicinity of the large beautiful Bürgerpark or in the city center. The apartment has 4 rooms, one of which I would like to offer you. The space Your room: This is a 20 sqm room. Furnished with a bed with a standard size of 80 cm x 200 cm If desired, it can be pulled out into a double bed! Then please let me know when you book. Desk & chair, a shelf, a large closet, reading corner with armchair & reading lamp, a chest of drawers and TV with Magenta TV. Water is available in the room. Guest access The following rooms can be shared: kitchen, living room, hallway, balcony and of course the bathroom! All described rooms can be seen under photos. During your stay Because the first check-in can only be done in person! (Therefore, self-check-in is not possible) I am available for check-in and will show you to the room & apartment! During the stay, you can talk to me and no one minds a conversation! Other things to note Please read the listing carefully before each booking!!! Most questions are already answered in the ad, and a detailed description of the apartment or room is also provided. If there are any questions, I will be happy to answer them. Please specify the desired check-in time when booking so that we can discuss the time accordingly! Check-in to the room is from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the latest. Please note the check-out time by 10:00 am when planning!!! I ask that you take time upon arrival for a brief conversation & a small briefing in the apartment!
