Located on the back of the home is a spacious semi-private patio with views of a large greenspace and a dense tree line. Very private and serene. Enjoy the small rabbits feeding off of the clovers in the early mornings. Relax in a premium queen bed with new pillows (for extended stay guest) and designer linens. Cook your meals in a modern well-equipped kitchen. Dine at the bar or the dining table. Relax, read, write or meditate on the semi-private patio. Guest access You will have access to the living area with ample seating, a smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen is available for your culinary needs. A washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience. Enjoy the patio area. Grill out on the gas grill or sit and enjoy your favorite book. Its a great private space to relax and recharge. For ultimate safety, you will enter the home through the attached garage. During your stay Most guest work full days and so do I. Communication is usually in passing. I am always open to showing guest around INDY or sharing neat places to go. Other things to note Located in the SE suburbs, you'll have access to typical ride-share services, if needed. There is no public transportation. The community is great for walking, biking and running. Scenic fountains and managed ponds enhance the community.
