This is a modern residence that offers tremendous views of the city and Banderas Bay! Guest access All Access Use of A/C This Unit has a/c in all bedrooms and can be controlled individually . Its amazing home is located in the wonderful Amapas area, the building is well integrated into the Sierra Madre Forest, we like to encourage all of our guests to be Eco Friendly, we advise to keep the sliding doors open in all rooms during the day and turn the a/c off, if wether permits, also during the night. Living room and kitchen area a/c can be turned un upon request for a fee of $1000 pesos per night and it has to be paid in full upon checkin, for the full nights of your stay. We advise to keep this area free of of a/c at all times if possible. Thx for being Eco Friendly Other things to note Quiet time after 11pm!!!! Pets: 1 pet under 10kilos (22lbs) is allowed per booking. Tolerance of 10% above weight is permitted. If booking 30+ nights this conditions will be waved. Pets must be on a leashed outside the unit at all times Pets must never be left alone inside the apartment. Pets must not use common areas such as gardens, pool, gym, view lounge. Pets are allowed to use elevator and all circulations.
